Reviews and Ratings
I had a pretty good stay overall. The hotel is situated in a great spot right at the bottom of the mountain and it's super convenient to get to the free gondolas. The service is friendly and the staff really do try to be helpful, even though there were a couple of hiccups. The rooms, however, could use some improvements, especially the design with those bizarre stairs in the middle. Dining options are a bit lacking, which is disappointing given the price. Overall, decent value for money with room for improvement.
During my stay, I appreciated the friendly staff and the hotel's great location near the ski slopes, which made access to outdoor activities super convenient. However, the rooms felt cramped, especially with all our ski gear. Also, the limited dining options were a bit disappointing and could definitely use some improvement. Overall, it has its perks but isn’t ideal for those looking for spacious accommodations and a variety of meals.
I had a pretty good stay at the hotel. The rooms were rather small, especially the bed, which could use some extra weight to provide better comfort. On the bright side, the service was fantastic, with a really friendly and helpful staff. The location is hard to beat, just steps away from shops and restaurants, making it very convenient. Overall, it felt like a solid value for money despite a few downsides.
I had a good stay at this hotel, with an early check-in that was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were comfortable and spacious enough for my family, though they felt a bit dated. The location is fantastic, right in the village center, but the dining experience didn't quite meet my expectations with limited breakfast options.
I had a decent stay at this hotel, which offered clean and spacious rooms. The service was excellent and very helpful, especially in planning our activities outside the resort. The location was great, right at the foot of the ski village, but the dining options left much to be desired. The facilities seemed fine, although I expected a bit more from the dining experience.
I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect for skiing, just a quick two-minute walk from the cabriolet lift and close to grocery stores and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable, although we had to switch due to a gas leak in our original suite. The staff went above and beyond to help, making my experience even better. One downside was the limited dining options, especially for vegans and vegetarians.
The hotel offers a nice and spacious living room with a fireplace, which adds a cozy touch to the experience. However, it could use more storage options, as I found it a bit cramped with ski gear around. The staff was incredibly helpful and deserving of high praise for their patience. The location is unbeatable if you want to be right in the heart of everything. All in all, it's a solid choice for a ski trip, but the room storage situation could definitely use some improvement.
I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be in an excellent location right in the heart of the action. The staff was a bit unfriendly and it felt rushed during my visit, especially due to a power outage. The room I was in was unfortunately dark and a bit cramped for my family of four. On the bright side, I enjoyed skiing and dining close by, and the dining options were decent, though there could be some improvements. Overall, it had its ups and downs but was largely satisfactory for our needs.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right by the ski village, which is charming and packed with shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean, but unfortunately, our stay was disrupted by early morning noise from construction. On the bright side, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, truly going above and beyond. While the dining options were hearty, the traffic flow in the dining area could be improved. Overall, it's good value for money, but some aspects need attention.
The hotel had a perfect location, just minutes away from the cabriolet lift for skiing, and close to several grocery stores and restaurants. The service was exceptionally accommodating, making our stay pleasant despite some issues. The rooms were okay but lacked amenities like enough toiletries for larger groups. The dining experience was a bit chaotic, which could be improved. Overall, it’s a decent place for the price, but not without a few drawbacks.
